dros Hi Jill, The Anthropologie dress you asked about, fits true to size. It is fitted and has elastic through the waistband. My daughter bought this but it was never worn. Tags are gone or she would return but past due on that! Let me know if you have an other questions ok? I will reduce if interested 🤗 thanks!
