itismead Hi Jessica, this is Angie I bought your beautiful little purple Coach mini purse!😁👋👜 My mail carrier just told me that the incorrect shipping bag was used, and that the postage due would cost an additional $19.05 on top of the $7.45 if I accepted the package as is.😲😳 She told me to return the package back to you and it wouldn't cost us any additional postage, and that you just needed to use the correct box/envelope. It killed me to do it, this is part of my birthday gift!😂😢

sillyblackrose @itismead I used the same envelope I’ve used in all the shipping items I’ve sent. I don’t know why they would say that at all

itismead @sillyblackrose This is the first time this has happened for me, I don't understand if there was a problem with the type of envelope why they wouldn't say something BEFORE they accepted the package to ship in the first place! 😩 She showed up about an hour ago with a collection envelope and postage due bill and said since the envelope didn't match the mailing method used it was gonna cost me $19.05 extra.😢 She said you wouldn't be charged for sending it back.

sillyblackrose @itismead I assumed you didn’t want it since you said it was late. That’s why I didn’t send it or have I touch the money you paid for it. Now it says they opened a case about it. I can send it it’s still in the same envelope I used. I asked them if I could still use the mail tag. I really don’t get in this place everyday so I didn’t even see the message until today.
