@eme_1023 Hi there, I received your Fitbit today and I'm sorry to say it only works when plugged in. Obviously it can't track a lot of activity that way. Anyway, consider this a friendly reminder to check the condition of items before selling them.

@momdg oh I’m so sorry that this happened, I checked it before I sent it because I had to disconnect it from my account and it was working fine on and off the charger. Is there any way I can refund you your money? Again, I am so sorry, I do not know what happened to it

@eme_1023 Hi there, I have played with it some more and can see how this happened. It works perfectly on the charger and then for a few minutes after disconnecting so I can see how you would have thought it was all good. Don't worry about a refund - it's probably more trouble than it's worth! :)
