jmcint2 @psacbo817 I’m sorry it should have been a 5. I was a little disappointed with the brown discoloring on the front of the badge on the front right corner and I didn’t remember you mentioning it on the post, and it wouldn’t let me go back to the picture to look until I rated you to see if it was shown . After I rated you I went back to the picture it was shown, and I missed it. So that was my bad. I’m new at posh mark, so I don’t k ow if I can change the rating.

psacbo817 @jmcint2 the badge is brand new. I didn’t even realize the brown spot. Did you try cleaning it? I apologize about the mark but I honestly did not see it. I bought the tag for my daughter for Christmas since she is a teacher and she said she wouldn’t use it, that’s why I sold it. I am not sure if you can contact support to change the rating.
