classy_vintage Please let me know. Did you intentionally hold at post office.? I shipped same day and its been delivered to your post office 3 days now. Im worried because idk how long post office will keep and its very expensive bag. Transaction not complete until you accept. I will retreive after July 2nd .

jessicaoparedes @fayepgarcia hi Faye they tried to deliver the package and left a slip saying I can pick it up at the post office. I went first thing Tuesday morning to pick it up and someone put the package in the wrong place and it apparently went to Tampa where it is waiting or something! I talked to them today and they said after a week of it "missing" I can file some sort of claim. I'm super frustrated because I am paying for someone's mistake. Have you heard anything from the post office?

classy_vintage @jessicaoparedes No. Posh said wait until the 2nd. Then let them know status. I was goimg to leave it to them. Im so sorry this happened. You can also inform them. They can handle it for us.

jessicaoparedes @fayepgarcia I sent them an email yesterday letting them know what was happening. I'm going to call the post office again tomorrow to see if they have had any updates. It just stinks! Hopefully we will have some good news this week. Have a Happy 4th of July!

jessicaoparedes @fayepgarcia hi Faye I talked to them Thursday they told me to file a claim and I did that Thursday. He even said it's really weird because there is no tracking information on the package since they tried to deliver it. I did the missing package claim with the USPS on the 6th so if I don't hear anything in the next week I'm gonna call again and figure out a refund because this is crazy. I don't know what to do more than that. I have never experienced anything like this!

classy_vintage @jessicaoparedes well. You haven't been charged. Posh doesn't take money until its accepted. I just lost a very expensive travel bag. I hope they can find it. The insurance only covers $100. I keep emailing Posh. The tracking doesn't show a address for post office. Maybe I should contact UPS
