jlw1253 @dblodanish Good Morning, I am new to PoshMark and need help. They do not have a phone # to call only email them and that does not help me. I have customers that have purchased items from my closet and Poshmark is asking me to set up a bank account so they can send the money to me. When I put in my bank info it gives me the spinning wheel of death page and locks up. What am i doing wrong? Can they not just put the money in my account on Poshmark

dblodanish @jlw1253 oh no, that’s frustrating. They should be able to put money into your poshmark account but if you ever want to transfer the money to your bank obviously you would need account information entered. If you are trying to do it on your cell phone I would suggest trying it on an actual computer if you can, sometimes the app will be a little glitchy but the website will work better. Hopefully that helps. Sorry you’re having that problem!

jlw1253 @dblodanish it should not be this hard to set up. I can’t receive the payments until they verify my bank account. I had an extra checking set up for things like this and then they said I had to have $299.99 in the account before they would do it, now it says our service is taking a break and come back in 30 min. I wish there was an actual person I could talk to and not Chat

jlw1253 Now it says my bank has 3ds-secure disabled contact your bank for assistance. I have never heard of such a thing.

dblodanish @jlw1253 hmm yea that’s frustrating I’m sorry, I haven’t had to deal with that before either. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t let you set it up. It looks like all they offer is email support right now, they should definitely have a call center for stuff like that. Sorry you’re having such a hard time with it and that I couldn’t be more help!
