peridot_gypsy @jennyjean7 Unbelievable! I am so sorry. It doesn’t even show that it’s been scanned yet. Hopefully they will take care of it soon for you. I packaged it myself, so I am positive the correct item was sent. It will probably show up unexpectedly when the postal service finds it somewhere. Again, I am so sorry for this experience.
