amyfarro I feel like I'm going crazy. I know 100% positive I shipped it. I had to go buy a bigger box then I had so it wouldn't be squished. I'm just confused but I'll figure it out. I apologize for the inconvenience

amyfarro i called the post office, got voicemail. I came on to message you & in my notifications pops up that my package was shipped and I can start tracking it. When I send my packages I always go up to the service desk & get a receipt. When I mailed yours the line was almost out the door & I had a doctor's appt so I dropped it into the big metal box inside the post office. Not sure why it took this long to scan & start shipping but I apologize

amyfarro So I check the tracking and it say the shipping label was created on February 5th which was the day I dropped it in the mail container. It says on the website that UPS ie experiencing delays due to staff shortage

amyfarro @jennifernaylis It was scanned at the post office so its 100% on the way. I am super sorry about this. I mailed it out the day after you purchased it. I spoke to someone at the post office & they told me it was because I put it in the drop box. they also said they're backed up. I'm very sorry.
