boopboutique @zeldafan1488 I just received the Torrid dress that I bought from you because I was away. I was so excited. It looked awesome until I tried the zipper & it wouldn’t budge. can’t tell you how disappointed I was was wondering how you cold sell it and not disclose that fact. I was going to rating of one star but decided to contact you first. I thought that I’d give you a chance to make things right. Nobody likes a bad rating especially when they are new. How can you and I work this out?
