ultrablew Customer contact got back to me today and said they would be happy to credit you the second shipping you were charged for. But you have to contact them and request it. I responded to that email with info regarding the gloves as well. Hopefully you will get the shipping credit that you should receive back and the gloves will work it’s way correct. (I am not overly concerned about the gloves). The box is on its way with 3 items total. Have a great day! Thank you!

ultrablew @jenniferhearne I have a square card looking icon that has my name with it. Clicking on that brings up options like My Closet, Tools and all the way at the bottom is Contact Support.
