jlove0928 @_alexispharn Hi Alexis - it looks like I missed one section when un-syncing. Apple Support walked me through the process and it is now FULLY unsynched and ready to go for you! All you need to do is turn it off and then back on and it’ll be ready for you to login like new. Sorry for that inconvenience and thanks for reaching out! :-)
