Hello. This is Coco, who sold you the Karl Lagerfeld dress. I have shipped the dress to you last week, but the status is still showing not arrived. My tracking information is showing that it is still in transit. I don’t know what is going on, but just wanted to say sorry that it is coming late. Hopefully usps will deliver to you soon.
