drew5729 @jenspeigner , ok was looking at frequent asked questions you will get a full refund but I need to figure out how the item comes back to me so I can mail you the correct one, maybe just email poshmark again and ask for a refund . I have a couple of options so it will move quicker .

jenspeigner @smallz13 I shipped them the day after you purchased them. I'm completely baffled about what has happened to them since they were taken to the post office. I have a tracking number, but it has not been updated. I was wondering if there were a problem with the tracking number. I even wondered if you had received them but (due to not having a tracking number update) not be able to release payment if Poshmark had no ability to track it. I'm at such a loss as to what has happened.

smallz13 Idk. I never got an email saying it shipped. I did get an email saying that if I hadn't received it after a week I could have the money returned to my acct. I wonder what happened to it. Please check into it, I'd really like those items.

jenspeigner @smallz13 I sure will check. I guess my best option is to go back to the post office where it was to be shipped from. It will be Tuesday since this is a 3 day weekend before I can get there to check. I'll keep you posted on what I find out. I'm very sorry this has been a problem. Thank you for being patient.

lesleykay76 @jenspeigner I wanted to let you know I just got am email saying the Randy is being shipped back to me. Wrong address? I have no idea, but the tracking says it was delivered today. Let me know if you receive it.

jenspeigner @lesleykay76 Yes, we moved a couple of months ago. I guess it was sent to the billing address (for the payment used) vs being sent to our new mailing address. I can PM you the new shipping address, but it's on file with Poshmark. They should send you a shipping label with the correct address. The correct city/state is Northport, AL.
