missluulu Hi Jenna! Sorry to comment here, but Poshmark doesn’t allow us to direct msg. I sent you a refund & return shipping label on the Zara booties. I’m sorry, the photo you sent in the dispute was resized small so I couldn’t see the details clearly at first.
