bbunny420 @ihavedeals1 oh no please don’t do that. Go to a Sephora or ulta or Macy’s for some samples, you never know what your getting from eBay, a lot of products are fake and poisonous please be careful, I know I’m not any different than a random eBay seller but posh is little more personable.

ihavedeals1 Even if I drop the price hasn’t helped for some things. I think it’s best to delete and repost. Maybe at least 3 items a day and your closet will show back up. I hope this makes sense. Hard for me to explain my theory in text!

ihavedeals1 @guatemama49 hi! What I’ve been doing is deleting and relisting. I’m not sure how true this is. But I feel like once I’ve shared certain items a certain amount of time they stop showing up on top! For example I have 30 Volcom items. When I share the item I’ve noticed only 10 are in that brand category! So where are the other 20?

ihavedeals1 @guatemama49 that’s what I’m saying. Where are the items? I know when I share 800 of my listings and I’m looking for them in the feed or even a brand name search only some are coming up. I think it’s important to delete and relist. If that doesn’t work then usually I pull out the item and take new photos and relist

ihavedeals1 @guatemama49 lol I know. It’s a lot of work and time. Luckily I have the time because I’m a stay at home mom., but sometimes I also make my 8 year old help. I give him $1 allowance for sharing 250 and following 250 😂😂

ihavedeals1 Sometimes I just filter my closet through the day. Like mornings I’ll share shirts. Later I’ll share pants. Then the party. And so on. Or I’ll pick a color and share all those items. There’s also share group on Facebook too

ihavedeals1 @michellemk100 hi I’m sorry you have not received your order. If it says it was delivered then you need to contact Poshmark support. I have usps pick ups every Monday, weds, and Friday. & I ship using a polymailer or usps bubble mailer. In this case Poshmark should refund you since the package seems like it was mis delivered or lost by your carrier.. Sometimes their support can be slow.

ihavedeals1 So maybe wait 3-5 days to see if they respond back to you. Since the package was also accepted I cannot refund you. The app won’t let me. So you will have to contact Poshmark support for a refund. I hope this helps. If their support isn’t answering contact usps and file a claim. Thanks!

ihavedeals1 @michellemk100 check your email. Poshmark emailed me this morning and said that they have refunded you. Which means they received your email. But I’m sorry if they did not email you back. It was a beautiful dress and I’m sorry that this happened! But glad you reached out.
