Hi. You just purchased my cole hann wool blend jacket. As I was packing it I notice some wear on it on the back. I do not want an unhappy customer or a bad review so I don't feel comfortable shipping it labeled excellent condition with this wear. So I would like to cancel the sale and list it as good used condition, post new pics and offer u a better price. How does that sound?
