Hi there. I sent out your jeans in Saturday afternoon and there's still no tracking available. I called the post office and they told me that it might of missed the initial scan. Good Morning, your rating of our service is not how it works. If you say you did not receive the package then you should report it to Poshmark and they look into it and get the situation straighted out for you. We did our job and you gave us a rating of 1 and we did nothing wrong. If you say you did not receive your package you should have reached out to us for help. Your package was marked as delivered to you

@dj3436 we definitely know that it can be frustrating for sure.... we have seen Poshmark release the buyers funds before when they have reported a problem that they didn't receive it.... hopefully, there will be some resolve here
