justjenjen @rosemarytmountd Oh my God! I am so so beyond sorry for the mixup! I have never done that before in my 10 years of selling! That means the raincoat buyers getting perfume. OK I will reach out to the raincoat customer alert them. I am so so very sorry. I will make this right ASAP. My sincerest apologies for my mistake!!!! And I will refund you shipping cost For both returning the raincoat back to me and for original shipping cost of perfume. I am so very very sorry! How embarrassing.

justjenjen @rosemarytmountd Oh my gosh I’m so embarrassed! Yes absolute honest mistake! I’ve sold on another website for 10 years. I recently started Poshmark and it’s very confusing to navigate so I totally understand what you’re saying. I have reached out to customer service sent them an email to help me resolve. Please no worries you will get your perfume and refunds for both returning the jacket and shipping fee for perfume. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding!

We definitely understand your concern and appreciate your efforts in providing the best user experience for your buyer. Please kindly note the buyer will need to open a formal case within 72 hours of delivery for further assistance. If you are in communications with the buyer, please pass this information to them.

justjenjen @rosemarytmountd To open a formal return request, a buyer needs to follow the steps below. On the Poshmark app: 1. Go to My Purchases 2. Select your order and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry and select “Order Not As Described” 3. Take a few photos showing the issue and enter a description of the problem.

justjenjen @rosemarytmountd If you are only using Poshmark from the web: 1. Click Orders in the drop down menu at the top right. 2. Select My Purchases and select the order. 3. Click the Problems/Order Inquiry button to include photos as well as provide a description of the problem.
