thextremecloset @annsboss if you are not happy with your purchase please follow the Poshmark guidelines for returns sending a note on a persons page in hopes they will see it is not how things are done on this platform also refunds or exchanges can not be done by sending a note you can send your issues to Poshmark and they will handle it from there. I do not check this platform often so it will be rare I get anyones notes.

thextremecloset @annsboss first of all the shoes are exactly as pictured they are not any more worn than in the picture and the o ot smell they have is leather. second as I said earlier I cannot do anything as I don’t have the capability to give a refund even if I wanted to that has to be done through Poshmark they control the payments with that said contact Poshmark concerning your issue and they will handle what needs to be done.
