norman_cook @thisjeff No worries! I sent along a new offer on the hat...hopefully you can accept. I have a big head so a lot of hats don't work but I've always had pretty good success with these Yupoong Snapbacks so fingers-crossed it would fit my big head, assuming you can accept my offer. Hopefully, you can and thanks in advance!

thisjeff @norman_cook I hear ya. I have the same problem re: big head. This one definitely fits. In the past, entire brands of bike helmets I generally couldn't wear, as an example.
