closetchemist @amommyinadress So Poshmark is more of a social app, so to have your postings at the top of the search list, you have to share. share your items, others, follow people. You have to participate in the social aspect a lot. Time-consuming I know, but it's for fairness. There's a thing called the "30 min method", you can google it. Follow that every day. Another tip (which is included in the method) is when you share your listing, you press edit, next, list (ENL) in the app.

closetchemist @amommyinadress This will give your item a shipping discount for like 4 hours, and it's more enticing for buyers that way. So you would want to share your items at least once a day using that method. Also, participate in the Posh parties. When you list a new item, it goes into a category itself, of all newly listed items.

closetchemist @amommyinadress A lot of buyers will just go look there a lot of the time. Most active hours for people are in late evening, think when people are laying in their bed, scrolling through the app. Try this out for a week and let me know what you think!

closetchemist @amommyinadress Great! Youtube videos are awesome. Also, beware of some tips people give that don't work. Kind of like sabotage. Happened to me and I wasn't sure until recently. You want to gain followers, so find people who have a TON of followers.

closetchemist @amommyinadress Go to their closet and share like 10 or more listings from their closet. We get so many notifications that we can't return shares to everyone. So this is a good way to get their attention. And many times they will share a ton of yours back. That is important with so many followers they are sharing to! Good luck!

closetchemist @amommyinadress Last thing and this is most important. Be consistent! Just do a little every day. Don't go overboard and do a ton here and there (like I did when I first started lol), just do a little everyday.

closetchemist @amommyinadress YAY! That is ao great to hear!!! Wow, look at you, only took a few days :) I'm thrilled for you. You give yourself a HUGE pat on the back! Now you just gotta keep up the consistency. I take a bunch of photos of items on the weekend then list around 3 a day. Your next step is to really act on the parties. So, you want to focus on what the parties will be and what times.

closetchemist @amommyinadress So, there is a category in the parties for new items and the listings will only be in that category if they haven't been previously shared to a party. So, for example, today is skirts and dresses. I would list skirts and dresses I have before or during the party. Then I would make sure to share the skirts and dresses in my closet to the party. They only get shared once, but each time you share the more they move up the list of items for sale.
