motownslaundry @lettucebinlove hi! I just wantes to let you know I am sorry to hear about the issue with your recent order. When I sent out the tray it had zero cracks (as it was in the items photos). I am assuming this was a shipping error, I should have wrapped it twice in wrap. Again very sorry for the error and I hope you are still able to at least use the tray :(
