jrr89611 @kobecloset the coat had white marks on it. Its now in the wash. Other than that the coat is fine. The shipping mix up is my ultimate complaint. I understand things happen and im sure it was an honest mistake, but during the entire wait, not one time did you reach out to apologize. But it's done. I finally have the coat and you have the money. Fair exchange no robbery. Good day!

kobecloset @jrr89611 clothes being clean and being as described is something I take very seriously. I apologize for any white marks that was on it. I definitely did not notice or see it. Also, i def understand the frustration due to the mix up because when I did speak to you I knew there was an urgency of having the coat. I hope your child is warm and you enjoy the merchandise.
