britbaby27 Hey Jackie, I haven't forgot about your offer for the Redken liters. I'm new to Posh and just learned about the 5 pound stipulation so I'm working on exactly how many pounds the package is going to be before I agree to the price. Did you want to bundle the Highlighters with the Redken?

melaniecrodgers Hi sweetheart, I wanted to let you know I sent out all my packages and made sure they were all scanned in front of me so I don’t know why it’s not showing your bottles of conditioner as shipped. I’ll check on it tomorrow, but I have a feeling because of the weight, I may have needed to upgrade the label.. just wanted to let you know that and I’m on top of it tomorrow!

jackattack611 @melaniecrodgers thanks for being on top of it! Sometimes I type in the tracking number manually on usps (from the shipping label) and it shows up there before posh shows it. Maybe you could try that?

melaniecrodgers @jackattack611 Jackie, I’m so sick to my stomach I wanna cry. I’ve been on the phone with post Office all day long and being told something different from each of these people. So I’m going there in person to do something as it just can’t be floating around. Im so sorry, makes me look horrible all because their screw ups. 😰

melaniecrodgers You know, when I think back, the lady at the post office was having a hard time scanning the label on your box and yes because you both have same name, she could’ve put them together?? I’m thrilled that they’ve been found but very sorry for your wait and the mix up. I did report this to Poshmark so we’ll see what they recommend
