@jase1013 I saw the review you gave me. The bag is real Michael Kors and I apologize that it wasn’t as descriptive as you would have liked. You had the opportunity to not accept the purse but you did anyways. If you felt like it was that bad, why did you accept it? I’m happy to give your money back and you can ship the purse back to me. The bag was originally 400 dollars. And to give it to you for 50 in that condition, I felt was good!

@walks1410 sorry but I got the package and I didn't opened until 2 days after and it was night time, next day I saw the locks about the color and about the handles are cracked 😕 that way I didn't rate you before until now that postmark is keeping asking me...

@jase1013 you can contact them and they should be able to do something on their end. I already told them that I should have been more descriptive and you were unhappy with your purchase. And I wanted to reimburse you $20 bucks and you can keep the bag but I don’t know what their policy is. Contact support and see what they say.
