sararose1 Hi! I'm so sorry to hear the shoes did not fit you. Unfortunately Posh does not allow returns. However, you are welcome to reposh to make back your money! On the matter of the rating, as a seller, ratings are very important to me. On Posh, ratings should be due to item description, packaging, ship time, etc. As a seller, I can't guarantee fit so ratings aren't supposed to consider fit. if you would reconsider your rating I would really appreciate it!
