deepee83 Hi there...sorry about the confusion regarding the pant you ordered...so the online size chart for forever 21, lists an xs bottom, to be equivalent to a 24-25 waist...at the time when the picture was taken I was a size 26 waist and they happen to fit me, nevertheless, I say that to say, that it was not my intention to deceive you...my overall rating, on the site is excellent. You can file a dispute and have the item returned, otherwise, I am happy to figure out a viable solution.

iyanna_b @deepee83 I interpreted the 26 as the size..not waist measurements. Tip for the future, be clearer and thorough with your description. I won't go through the hassle of returning, I'm sure I can pass it along. Best wishes ✨
