@nurseheb85 I usually drop off the box and posh updates the tracking... which is why I’m confused on what happened. You said you hit a button and the item says delivered as the tracking would have been updated yesterday? Can you submit a request with posh. I will do the same.

@hiyoma I just received an email from posh stating that they did not receive anything stating the item was shipped. Iam going to contact my bank to dispute this transaction because now that my money was already released to you I’m not even sure if the package was actually shipped and I was under the impression that I would receive it in 1-3 days as I read
