he_greene @angelrn00 I do live in FL, apparently the sweater went to Guam first, then Hawaii. I was going to wear it tonight, but I don’t think that’s going to happen. 😢 I’m not sure what went wrong in the shipping process. I have emailed support, but no one has responded to me at all. 🤷‍♀️

angelrn00 @he_greene i sent a msg to customer service today. The tracking info is all different today and makes it look like its been sitting in the drop off post office for 2 wks....ridiculous!!! Hopefully they get it figured out asap
