boutiqueparis Hi @hbrooke136, I just received an email from Poshmark stating that this item stopped tracking and therefore they have issued you a refund as well as credited my account. However, on August 28, 2018 you VERIFIED that YOU DID in fact receive the CHANEL Ombres Multi-Effect Quadra Eyeshadow. So I am wondering if Poshmark's tracking system automatically sent them an alert and hence, they issued a refund. But you DO have the palette and your money back as well.

hbrooke136 @milkdrop I actually contacted Poshmark when I noticed the charge to my account. I never ordered this. I asked Poshmark to cancel the order and wasn’t expecting to hear from you, hence the no response. I honestly forgot about it. My sons father died and I’ve been out of touch. Don’t worry, I won’t ever buy anything from you.
