I saw that. I have NO IDEA! I just got a message saying my account was being closed -- they have revoked my user privileges with ZERO explanation! In keeping with their "terms of service". I have no clue. The email came from a noreply address. I'm calling the right now....

I give up. Their 800 number says they'll reply within 48 hours. The messaging option says the server is busy and can't take my message.
OK....I sent the message again and it went through. I will give it until tomorrow morning and then I give up on them. I am deleting the app as soon as I know what is going on....

I have deleted their app. Their response was a non-response. They only restated what the initial email said. The purchase was "suspicious".
No interest in dealing with them at all.

Thank you. I just learned that this is a sweater that my 17-year old desperately wanted but she "missed" it. Her birthday is in 6 weeks. Now I have the perfect 18th birthday gift.
