I could tell that the set had been tampered with, but I was really thinking someone took out of package. It never crossed my mind to look at sizing when I unpackaged the set. I just went to wash the set this morning and noticed the fitted sheet seemed small. Will you let me return for a refund? I truly want a regular king size bedding set.

They looked fine and new to me. I never noticed any use. If I remember , these were purchased at Pottery barn itself. I’m terrified after this length of time it’s going to be. A platter I sent a few days ago they already received and it was broke. She said that I packed it well too. My son said he’s seen videos on how they handle our things. I’m just over what period of time they are taking with your things. It’s just crazy. 🥴

Good morning , I have no clue what to think about this shipping ordeal , it’s been since may 6th and it’s now the 25th, and it’s showing they have it in MD at the distribution center. Nothing should take this long. There’s no excuse for it. I don’t understand why it’s only your things . I looked to see how to contact PM on any problems and I’m scared I’ll screw something up. I wonder if there’s a # to contact that center? And find out why this is steady happening . 😳

I have several packages held up at the Baltimore distribution center and I think it’s totally unacceptable for how the postal service is handling the problem. I’ve had the post office place tracers on several packages and absolutely no new status on anything. What are they doing!?! All while their prices continue to go up. Uggg…. heatherbulkin @kipstang yup, two other larger packages- both bought here on PM and held up for close to a month! Funny thing is that small packages seem to go through the facility without any problem at all. I’ve looked online & it seems they did have a terrible problem with quite a few folks that came down with Covid early April, I can’t see anything more and the postal service folks just say the entire system is taxed and they are working as hard as they can. They won’t confirm or deny anything! 😡

They’ve told me that I have to wait ten days since last update before I can contact them, so that will be Sunday for the stand - and I will certainly send them a note! As a seller - do you have the option to use UPS or FedEx? I will most certainly request another shipper from this point forward, assuming that the seller does have a choice.

Nobody knows what they are doing anymore. I’m just so fed up with it. 🥴 I’m in a rural area on top of it. And PM only allows USPS.

I have mine listed and I can’t go that low on it, it’s rare. I don’t understand why she didn’t list it PB unless it’s not. Companies did try to make replicas on some of it too.
