ithacamark Hello Hanna - I’m reaching out to inquire about the Patagonia vest that I ordered from you on February 5th. I was notified that it shipped out a few days ago. It’s a gift and when it didn’t arrive, I looked at the USPS tracking info. The USPS says that the package was delivered yesterday to a PO Box in Telluride. CO. I’m wondering what could have happened. Don’t you live in Telluride? Would you please update me on the status of my purchase? Many thanks, Mark

hmayknudsen @ithacamark hi mark, let me reach out to Poshmark. I’m not sure what happened! I went to my PO this morning and didn’t have a package, yet when I tracked the shipment it too said delivered in telluride. I will see if I can recall the shipment. I am so sorry for this hiccup, I will try to find out more ASAP!

hmayknudsen Hi there, Just letting you know that Poshmark got back to me. They said to try tracking it in a couple days and it should be delivered to you. They said it was accidentally scanned as delivered but the tracking should be updated in a couple days. This is a new occurrence in my book so I’ll keep you posted if I learn of any additional details!
