gggallo Hi there. My name is Giulie. I purchased the chloe lexa bag on Jan 3. I know you were sending it out on the 6th to get authentication. I have not received the bag yet and today I received an email that there was an attempted delivery in Orlando. I am concerned because my acct was hacked and I’m thinking someone changed my address. The email said it was not delivered because there was not an authorized signee. I’m not sure what to do. I created a new acct so I was able to reach you.

gggallo @gmarino305 hi. No!!! I don’t live in Orlando! I did email posh to let them know. But I’m not sure how to reach the authentication center to notify them, or if that’s even a possibility. My acct was def hacked. I live in Coral Springs

gmarino305 @gggallo it has been my experience with them that they will respond but it can take a couple of days. I don’t know what address it was mailed to because they mailed it. I will also send them an email now.

gmarino305 @gggallo Did you see when you do the tracking that you can schedule redelivery? I think you can put the correct address in and have it resent. I see that option but I don’t know your address.

gggallo @gmarino305 Tracking Number: 9410810899359986564851 We attempted to deliver your item at 11:46 am on January 15, 2020 in ORLANDO, FL 32811 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. This is the tracking info I got.

gggallo The email for tracking was longer but I had to shorten it to send it because it doesn’t accept more then 500 characters.

gggallo @gmarino305 I had to change my PW on aol. It was a mess.. and the reason I did that was to make sure I got emails from posh about my posh purchase. But I can’t get into my original posh acct so I created this one to contact you. And the truth is, I totally stink at all this tech stuff.

gggallo Hi there. Just heard back from Posh. After going back and forth they cancelled my purchase. I’m not sure if they will retrieve the item, but they said sorry we are cancelling and refunded me:(. Not sure what happens from here. But if you get the bag back I’m wondering if I can re purchase it. Really disappointed.
