Hi there. I’m really sorry about the shoes. I explained to you that posh has to deal with that since the shoes had already shipped- at that point it was out of my control and nothing I can do to fix it. When you rated the transaction that only affects me as a seller and averages in to my rating to other buyers. I understand you are mad but your rating only hurt me as a seller.
