genkup @preluvdclosetpb In regards to that Jimmy Choo Heels. Sorry i had to reply to you this way cause the seller decided to take to pic off of her account. She started by saying, I am so sorry, my husband sent the wrong item which was a fake gucci cap. So I said ok, if she can send the heels as soon as possible. She replied ok. I waited and waited. So it ended being too late for me to report and get my refund. I did tell PM, but they said they tried contacting the seller but never responded.

genkup @preluvdclosetpb PM only gave me $100 credit which is not even allowed for me to put back in my card cause they said I reported to them late. Which I actually said that I did tell them that the seller sent the wrong item and just waiting for the right item.

genkup Which never came. So we just need to be careful with scammers here at PM too. I just wish there’s a way we can tell who they are.

preluvdclosetpb @genkup omg that’s awful!!! I think with that, always contact Poshmark first. You can message the seller also but I would return the item FIRST and get that refund. Then, go back and re-order them. Ask them to send pics of the item before mailing it if they had previously sent the wrong item.

preluvdclosetpb @genkup You have 3 days until after the item is delivered to do this so I always say make sure if you’re ordering something from Poshmark, don’t do it before you go on vacation or will be away during that potential 3-day window. So sorry that happened to you. Disappointed to hear that PM let something like that slide.

preluvdclosetpb @genkup you can tell who the scammers are by reading the posts. Some of the posts sound very generic and almost like an actual human didn’t write it. The pictures will be stock photos or photos from generic websites.
