botablu @gloriarsa Hi there. Was shocking to see your rating of less than 5-stars — & without any comments to understand why. Hoping that was an accident..? We spent much time with you answering questions and even moving on a price that was firm. We got your purchase beautifully packaged and even made a special trip to the post office since you needed it promptly. Can you please clarify if that was a mistaken rating & if not, what your complaint is? Much appreciated.

gloriarsa @botablu honestly had no clue that I even rated it as it asked me to accept it...I have dabbled in PM so still very green to using it and always have to ask for help along the way... so sorry! If you can guide me, I'll fix what needs to be fixed!

botablu @gloriarsa Not sure what you mean by you’re not sure how to rate cause you’ve rated and left love notes for 9 items you’ve purchased. If you go back to your purchases under your main menu, you can view all your purchases and can easily edit any ratings you left.
