genmantych @lydiagrace05 hey! I just checked the tracking number. It says they’re arriving today :) I shipped them a week ago but it does say in the tracking that something happened in transit that caused them to be late. I’m not sure why. But I’m crossing all fingers they arrive ok today so you get to enjoy them stat :) Here’s the tracking #9405511202061535319082

genmantych @vickymagallanes hi! Yes, I dropped it off at the post office in the package box yesterday, but it was Sunday so I don’t think they ship on Sunday. There should be tracking today :)

genmantych @vickymagallanes uh oh! Ok, I’m looking into that now. I’ve never had that happen before. Thank you for letting me know. I just used the shipping label that Poshmark generated. Hmmm… I’m trying to look at the label but Poshmarks not letting me re-download the label to see what the address was on it. I’m going to contact them to see what to do. If the address is incomplete then maybe there’s away to intercept it with USPS to get it corrected. I’ll let you know what I find out.

vickymagallanes @genmantych okay bc I did forget to put my apartment number and I didn’t realize until now is there a way for them to get the correct address maybe we could exchange numbers to talk about it and I could give you the correct address

genmantych @vickymagallanes oh that makes sense! I just re-made a new label to check the address and was just about to ask if you were in an apartment. The apt number is missing from the label. I can try and contact USPS and see if I can get them to intercept it to add the apt number. If you’d like me to try that can you let me know your apt #? The rest of the address looks good. Or if the package is just taking too long to arrive I understand and you can cancel/let it return. I’m happy to help with either

genmantych @vickymagallanes Hi again! So I tried calling the main USPS customer service number and they said there’s nothing I can do for this package and just reship it with a new label after it’s returned. Then I called the Vancouver post office and couldn’t get thru. I’m not sure what else to try. Are you ok with waiting for the package to be returned and reshipped? I’ll send it out as soon as it gets back here to my house.

genmantych @vickymagallanes Hi :) The package arrived back and my house and I will send it out asap. Is there any way you can edit your address on the order and add the apartment number? If you can, let me know and then I’ll print out the new label and take it to the post office right away :)

genmantych @vickymagallanes it’s ok! I’m happy to help. And Poshmark isn’t the most intuitive. I’ve only been using it for a few months and am still learning new features. We’ll get it straightened out tomorrow morning so you can get your shoes soon :)

genmantych @vickymagallanes Your package has been resent :) The post office was able to overwrite the barcode on the shipping label to ensure your apartment number is on it. You should receive the shoes in a couple days 🙂
