urbanoutpost Hi Gail, I believe your shoes got mixed up with a pair of pants that I sent out the same day. If you get your package and it's not the shoes, please open up a case! Poshmark will send you a label to return the pants -- no charge to you -- and I will send the shoes out when the buyer returns them. I'm very sorry! Out of more than 500 sales I've only mixed up labels once -- very sorry it was your item! Lesli
