suzyq1622 @gabinchis22 hello! I just checked the USPS tracking on google and it looks like you need to schedule a redelivery on your end. Not sure what happened but i believe your package is at the post office. Go to google > usps tracking > enter tracking number found on the purchase > schedule relivery under delivery attempted: action needed > re enter your information to request a redelivery
