closetworks hi! why did you open my item in a case. there were clearly pictures describing the condition matching the description so i would appreciate some valid proof. thanks!

fbvalentino @closetworks you did not indicate the top clasps of the palette were completely cracked off, disabling the item from closing shut. As somebody traveling with this palette, this makes a difference. It wasn’t noted in the description or shown in pictures.

closetworks @fbvalentino they aren’t. the pallet closed completely for me and it was closed when shipped.

fbvalentino @closetworks yes it was closed and can close, but does not stay shut as the palette should. I have pictures of the broken clasps on the palette.
