Hi Evelyn, I’m not sure what your reasoning was for the 4⭐️ rating on your item. I strive for all my customers to have a 5⭐️ experience shopping my closet. Was there a problem with the top? I packaged it with care as well as included a thank you card. It was also mailed out the following business day as I do with all of my sales. Would you consider changing your feedback to 5⭐️’s or at least let me know what I could have done to make your purchase a 5⭐️ experience? Thanks again
