zjefe1 Hi Erin! I purchased the miss sixty Lons kitten heels from you last month. I adore these shoes. I bought a pair about 15 years ago in Soho at the miss sixty store and wore them until they fell apart. I was elated to find these shoes on your postmark closet! They were advertised as size 8 in your ad, and as a size 38 in your description. I assumed the size 8 would be accurate. I think these shoes are a size 7 1/2. They certainly aren’t a size 8. I already went through customer support.

zjefe1 And they denied my return. I’m wondering if you personally would allow me to return these shoes to you based on this discrepancy. I am practically heartbroken these shoes don’t fit because they are beautiful! I would like to appeal to your good nature to allow me to return these to you so they might find a new owner to enjoy them! Thank you for your consideration!!!

zjefe1 Hi again! I couldn’t do the return through postmark since they already rejected my return. I even copied our conversation here and they still won’t budge, which is really ridiculous. Anywho- I can send you the shoes and then maybe you can get me a refund some how?
