brookecairns Just letting you know I dropped the flip flops off a couple days ago at the post office. I'm not sure why it still says pending usps scan. If it doesn't mark as shipped by this evening, tomorrow I'm going to call them and ask why. Sorry about that. 😕

brookecairns I talked with the post office this morning, and it's showing it's somewhere at their facility but it was never put on a truck which is why it's showing pending usps scan. All they could tell me was eventually it will ship, but lack of better words at the moment it's lost in one of their shelves and they're looking for it. I'm so sorry about this, I've never had a problem shipping out packages before.

brookecairns Okay! I was about to go drop some stuff off and make them go look for it lol. Again I'm so sorry that happened, if you order from my closet again I'll throw something extra in there due to the delay this time. I let poshmark know what was going on as well earlier this week, so maybe there's something they can do about the expedited shipping charge since it took a week to leave the post office after it was dropped off.

brookecairns Hey girl did you shoes ever come in? The I went to the p.o. again last week and had them search the tracking number again and they said by mon or Tuesday they would deliver. But it's never showed anything on my tacking through posh. If not I'll reply to poshmark support tomorrow and they said they can fix it.

brookecairns Okay, I just got back with poshmark support as well. They said not to worry they have us covered, I believe we will both get a refund. I've just never had this happen before with their tracking labels before /: hopefully one day they'll make their way to you it just stinks and makes me wonder what happened to them between here and there.
