And, I wish my little one was small enough to put down for a snooze. He is 10 and usually out lasts me!! Lol. How old is your munchkin? That is if you don't mind my asking.

@zachsmom2006 Hi Sharon! I wanted you to take a look at something and let me know what you think. When packaging up your items I can across a very small hole in the RL jacket. I've added pictures on this post for you to see what I saw. I never noticed it before it's pretty hidden. Please let me know if it is okay with you or if you would like to change it out with another item. This is the only defect I can find after examining it more. Let me know what would make you most happy! ☺️

Posh will then send you a free return label and just pop it in the mail back to me. Just make sure it's within 2 days or it will automatically accept. I wanted to let you know that when I was pulling your sweater out of the closet I didn’t realize it was snagged on the hanger next to it so when I took it out it pulled away some of the trim around the collar. ☹️ It is such a beautiful sweater and I’m sure you were looking forward to it. I learned that USPS has been experiencing tracking difficulty recently with Priority packages, I’m having a similar experience with items I’ve personally purchased. Hi there! I mailed the build a bear roller skates last week and it took a few days for them to start tracking and was happy to see they were out for delivery yesterday. However, when I just checked on it it said that there was no such number and it was being returned to me 😒 I'm not sure what happened but when I receive them back I can get them back out to you!! Oh that makes me mad (at USPS not you) I even had other packages come yesterday. I’ve actually never run into this issue!! Could you message Posh about it and possibly get a new label?
