Regarding your shoes, of you return them on the same condition, we can happily give you a credit toward your next purchase. emm_tenn @twirlvintageco Hi--I think it would be best if I sent them back seeing as how they won't get worn and someone else with size 6 feet could put them to better use. Seeing as how I don't think your closet has anything that would fit me immediately or in the near future, would it be possible for you to reimburse me? Unfortunately, most of your shoes are too big on me seeing as how I'm a size 5. I thought the Toms would work because my current tomes feel a bit too tight and small on my feet.

emm_tenn @twirlvintageco If you cannot reimburse me, could you explain how your credit system would work? Would there be an expiration when I had to use the credit? Would it be a full credit on the amount I paid for a fraction of the amount of paid (not including shipping)?

emm_tenn @twirlvintageco And if you do get a size 5 of these Toms in, I would absolutely if you put them on hold for me so I could use the credit towards them or purchase that pair. I really liked these shoes when I first saw them but decided to wait for a little and then they were all gone from stores.

houseoflenora @ex_tenn hi, it is no trouble at all. The return policy is actually set by Poshmark. All sales are final unless the listing was incorrectly stated, they do not furnish refunds. In your case, this is an issue of fit, so they will not furnish based on that circumstance.

houseoflenora @ex_tenn However, what we can do on our end is offer a full credit without an expiration. We will keep a record of it so that you can use it in a future purchase. We currently do not have a size 5 pair of Toms but I can keep a lookout for those or something like them for our upcoming listings. When you are ready to make a purchase, let us know and we will adjust pricing with the credit you have on file.

emm_tenn @twirlvintageco Hi, I think it might be best--having looked through your shop--that if I just keep them and try to find a way to make them work. The problem I see is that you only go down to a size 5.5 which is really still too big for me to wear. I was also speaking with my parents and they said that they might know a way to make them fit since it keeps falling off my heel. I really appreciate the effort you've put in and hope that any trouble I've caused hasn't been too damaging.
