twallace707 GM , I am reaching out to you to get help on sending a customer a refund when they cancelled their order tried to contact Poshmark support they didn’t back but l went to my sales then l hit the tab view conversation then hit the three dots at bottom right but nothing comes up for refund am l doing it right.
