renedanielle Hi...regarding the ferragamo loafers you purchased from me...I am sorry they were not right for you but if you go back and look at the listing, there is a picture of the box which the shoes came in and on the original box which I sent you, that these shoes were as described.

In the picture, it is clear that they are "AA" (not AAA as you said in your comment) so I do not think my rating should have reflected your displeasure. Hope you can recoup your money by reselling them. I have made the same mistake on my part by not paying close enough attention to a picture of something I purchased. Lesson learned.
