ntnc wanted to let you know that your package is not yet in the mail although the label has been listed and I'm sure you have a tracking number early yesterday morning I loved one became critically ill hospitalized and later last night transfer to yet another hospital some distance away. but there has been much to address along with the illness itself pets and care of her home. everything is in a spin. I I'm sure you're going to love these mocs.

detroitfreak1 Hi Eliza- I wanted to touch base on the sale of the item you received. You had asked if I still had a beige? I do not. At one point the only item similar was in a larger size and gray. It sold sometime after your purchase. I double checked both orders and made sure the items went to the correct addresses and were received- is your item incorrect?

detroitfreak1 @elisagraber I did send an inquiry to posh support to check on the case. I sincerely apologize if there is an inaccurate item. Was it by chance the Arie brand 34c gray? The app does not allow the seller to modify any details after an item has sold as you may know. I’d like to get to the bottom of what happened & get you satisfied :) I would not dispute a refund if you’d like to inquire wt Poshmark - Just want buyers to have what they purchased

I just don’t have any other light colors in my closet :( As you may know, as a seller yourself, I can’t modify pics/size description after sale is made. I don’t have anything like you described. Definitely! if it was a mistake just see if the Poshmark app will accommodate? Glitch possibly! I have had other purchasers able to return items. Money is money girl- you should have what you want if you can find it!

detroitfreak1 @elisagraber Poshmark did receive the inquiry I made- they are checking wt the other posher to see if they received their accurate item. - in my email they recommended you reach out as well.. just include the order #, your name, posh account. If there are items that have not give to the correct purchaser, certainly I’d want to make it right

mommybunny99 So I said they were a 6.5, I showed a photo of the tag saying they are a 6 5, they ARE a 6.5. Not sure how I improve on that! I didn't make them. It's not actually my fault if they don't fit your foot. Not sure if you understand that.
