Hi! I'm Donna. I am a 63 year old Granny raising two grandsons! Both within two years of graduating! I don't really have a favorite brand. I started PoshMark in February of 22. To get an online something to subsidize my retirement in a couple of years from my brick and mortar job and to help now with the raising of my two grandsons. I am having a blast! Meeting new people daily and seeing shares become likes and likes become sales! Followers become friends, and friends become followers! I have found that I only like to make offers on Fridays and Sundays when Posh picks up the discounted shipping! I like buying on Fridays and Sundays because it saves me shipping dollars and it doesn't take it out of the sellers income. I also like the share and follow games because I have learned that followers become likers and likers become buyers and satisfied and happy buyers become sharers! If there is anything that concerns you or annoys you or makes you laugh out loud in my closet ...leave a comment and I will digest it in the context that it is left in and I will fix it or I will laugh out loud with you! dodger13 @auntgeorge50 of course, if you need anything, shout out. I use to do ok. Good spending money. I only trade now. The rules changed this year. If you sell $601.00 or more you will get a 1099 in 2023 for 2022. I can't afford to sell, so now I just trade.

I am facing some financial challenges. raising my two grandsons who are off to college soon and need to make money for their education. I was on here 2 months b4 I had my first sale. my pics were awful (urs are better) but the app was bare bones back then! Just make sure ur pics stand out & ur title description has brand then description then size. Take a look at some of my recent listings to get an idea. Sort by just in.😀🌻

It will show you where you are still short in accomplishing the requirements. About other poshers I have no idea, maybe not complying with certain things. I started selling 4 months ago, before that I was only occasionally buying. In about 2 months I became a PA. Keep doing the self-sharing your items.

auntgeorge50 @toughluck00 the reason I joined PoshMark was for the venue of eliminating about 11k items of clothing, bags, shoes and about 250 pairs of jeans. and to make some money for the boys college tuitions! so even though I hit this milestone - the need to participate is still there. I have met a couple if really nice people and it feels good to help others like holigirrrl and a couple others reach the same milestone!

I call these 'tests of faith'.. this past week we had a major roof leak during a monsoon storm, the fitting on the back of our washing machine broke and I finally figured that out only AFTER 3 loads of laundry and rinse water, then we had a massive live oak tree limb gall on my husband's truck, cracked both our windshields! it's been a week of bigger tests of faith. But all is well because I know all could have been worse and nobody died!

mailersnmore @auntgeorge50 And I’m so sorry to hear about these hun, At one point in the past, my husbands relatively brand new truck had a bigger limb fall on it and his boss said he’ll take care of it but didn’t, God took care of it in His time ☺️ God’s preparing your heart for something and a lot of times it’s so much easier to empathize (not just sympathize) and relate with others when we experience similar hardships ourselves…

auntgeorge50 @janhankel on Fridays and Sundays if you give a public discount of 10% Posh pays the difference in shipping. it's $4.99 for the buyer and it doesn't come out of the seller's money. so you would open the item, do offer in bottom right hand corner, drop 10% and list or save. bkcollector22 Thank you for Sharing your story with us and your scriptures. Love those! I have a question. How do u organize your closet in categories? The only way I know to move my things around is to go in and edit each item so I can move them to the top. For Example, when it’s a holiday I like to move my holiday ornaments to the top but that takes a Lot of time. Any help would be appreciated. And thanks for the tips on when to make an offer and when to buy things. Never knew that! 😀. Rebecca
